Strategic planning and elaboration of business plans

A business plan is the consolidation of a company’s strategy. It is the document that describes what the company plans to do and how it plans to do it.

It is an important document internally, for the entire staff to clearly know the company objectives, but it is also a fundamental document externally, making it possible to explain:

  • To investors – existing and/or potential – how the company plans to return their investment;
  • To financing sources, how the company will pay its loans and dues.

Despite the most visible face of a business plan being a set of financial demonstrations that summarize the plan, elaboration requires the involvement of all company areas, describing how these areas will interact in a coordinated manner to reach the desired result.
